Workout:

- 1 mile Warm-up on elliptical

- Incline Leg Press, 4 sets; 315 lb./10x, 495 lb./8x, 675 lb./6x, 495 lb./8x

- Bench Press, 5 sets; 135 lb./10x, 185 lb./10x, 225 lb./5x, 205 lb./8x, 155 lb./12x

- T-Bar Rows, 2 sets; 135 lb./10x, 1 set; 180 lb./10x

Post-Workout:

- 5 eggs*

- ~3 oz. Low Fat Ground Turkey*

- Sauteed Onions*

* All Scrambled together and put in between two Whole Wheat Quesadillas w/ Salsa on top

- Protein Blend, ~ 50g before bed
